Portal configuration
The portal is disabled by default. If administrators have enabled the portal function, OpenOlat users can configure their portal page. The sections on the portal consist of various shortcuts, for example to personal groups, learning resources, the calendar, the notifications and to information about OpenOlat. You can choose which sections are displayed in which arrangement.
If, for example, you mainly work with groups and therefore want to position the section "My groups" more prominently, click on "Configure page" at the top right. Move the section "My groups" to the desired place by means of the arrows.
You can further determine how many entries are displayed within a section. To make such adjustments, click on one of the icons "Sort manually" or "Sort automatically". With manual sorting, you can set the sequence of the entries in addition to selecting the entries displayed.
If you do not want to see certain sections in your Home, you can inactivate them. Inactive sections are displayed at the bottom of the page when configuring and can be reactivated at any time.
Once you have completed the configuration, click on "End configuration" at the top right.
