Planning tasks (to-dos)
Concept study: possible new presentation
This page is part of an experiment exploring how the visual entry point to the Course Planner could look in the future. The content is deliberately abbreviated. The regular manual page Course Planner is authoritative.
An implementation continuously produces tasks: confirm the room, print the documents or, at the end, pull the booking report. Such planning tasks are attached as to-dos directly to the affected part of the study programme, with relative deadlines that shift automatically when copying.
How do I do this?
On an element, create a task in the "To-dos" tab via "Create to-do" (title and assignment are mandatory fields). Open the central overview of all products via the "To-dos" launcher in the "Productivity" group on the dashboard.
Prerequisites
Course Planner activated. For relative due/start dates, an implementation period must be defined.
Where do I find the setting
Course Planner > Products > "Your element" > To-dos tab
Course Planner > Productivity > To-dos
Connections
To-dos can be recorded on the overview, the product, the implementation and each single element. Course planners and element owners create and edit them, course owners can only mark them as done, principals can only view them. When an implementation is copied, the to-dos are copied along.
