This chapter is written for course authors and shows you the way to your own course. It is best to first get an overview of the entire course cycle and then the relevant chapters.
Both newcomers and experienced OpenOLAT authors will learn how to create, design and configure courses. The process approach, the structure of the course editor, the principle of the course elements, further tools of the course editor, the setup of the general course settings as well as the configuration of the course access are explained.
There are basically two ways of creating your course in a short time and activating it for participants. Use either the wizard or the course editor directly.
