Hinweis
Files can be edited in the media center only.
Upload file in the binder
If you create an entry you can upload files. More information you find in entries.
Upload file directly in the media center
Add document
Diverse file types like word, excel, pdf, etc. can be uploaded here. Every file gets a title. Additionally a description and categories can be added. Categories are like tags and help if your looking for a certain term or just for simplifying the overview of the portfolio.
Add media file
Additonally to the document media like images or videos can be uploaded.
Add text
As the name implies, text is created here. Like the other files it can be added to an entry afterward. The text is then added in a html-form, without a link to a certain document like it is usually the case for "Add document".
Add citation
As far as possible you can upload a citation in the media center. It allows you to insert a citation more than once in a portfolio without entering the whole source every time again and again. Therefore it is essential to implement carefully and completely the source of citation already the first time.
Import artefacts
Only in the media center it is possible to import artefacts from ePortfolio 1.0 to Portfolio 2.0. All artefact you created yourself appear in the tap "Artefacts". In the tab "Tag browser" artefacts can be searched by the entered tags and the tab "Search" allows you a global search of all your artefacts.
Connect files from OpenOLAT into your portfolio
It is possible to connect certain inputs of your OpenOLAT with your portfolio. They include: ¨
- forum entries
- blog entries
- wiki pages
- certificate of performance
For 1.-3. it is important to be the creater oft the entry itself. If you only edit e.g. a wiki page, you cannot connect it with your portfolio.
If you want to connect e.g. a forum entry, open it and click on the blue puzzle. Type in a title and add a description and categories if wanted. Klick on "Save" and the entry is already found in your media center.
