Questions can be imported from the question pool into the test in different ways.
On the one hand, tests can be created directly from the question pool. To do this, the corresponding questions are selected in the question pool and a new test is created via "Create test". This test is then available in the authoring area under "My entries".
On the other hand, further questions can be imported from the question pool for tests that have already been created.
The imported questions contain an additional tab "Question pool". Metadata of the original question from the question pool is displayed there. A link (ID) allows you to jump directly to the original question in the question pool.
When you import a question from the question pool into a test, a copy of the question is made at the time. The question in the test is therefore independent of the original question in the question pool. If the original question is modified in the question pool, this does not affect the imported question in the test. This remains unchanged.
The questions imported in tests from the question pool cannot be edited in the editor!
If a question is to be edited, a copy of the question can be created and edited via "Make a copy and edit". The question then gets a new ID of its own. The master ID can still be used to access the original imported question in the question pool.
